Position Overview

The Corporate Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our assets under management by developing and managing relationships with new high-net-worth clients. This role will focus on identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and enhancing the firm's profile within the wealth management community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term marketing plans to achieve the firm's growth goals.
  • Lead client development initiatives to increase assets under management in separately managed accounts.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies for our investment products.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to create and present compelling wealth management solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and other key partners.
  • Represent The Milwaukee Company at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Immediate Initiatives
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan targeting new investment clients.
  • Create and launch a program to provide tailored services to high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within the wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with the high-net-worth market and experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Uncompromising ethical standards and commitment to client success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compensation
  • Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000, plus an annual incentive bonus based on achieving specified targets.
