Job Title: Strategy and Corporate Development Manager

Monotype is seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Corporate Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the company's strategic plan and business priorities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases based on competitive analysis, modeling, forecasting, market trends, and industry knowledge.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to drive cohesive execution of strategic plans.
  • Partner with business leaders on acquisition strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, investment banking, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Big picture thinking, intellectual curiosity, and experience working with leaders and cross-functional groups.
  • Polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt approach to a range of personalities and backgrounds.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to self-direct and manage multiple priorities and workstreams concurrently.
