Key Responsibilities:- Collect and prepare specimens for testing, ensuring accuracy and precision in the process.
- Perform laboratory procedures, including test analyses and reporting, to provide timely and accurate results.
- Verify and record lab results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science, or a related field, with relevant clinical laboratory experience.
- National Registration as an MLS(ASCP)cm, MT(ASCP), or equivalent, or registry-eligible at date of hire.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and vendors.
