Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Department of Nursing Strategic Programs is dedicated to serving the VUMC Health System. The Vanderbilt Medical Center Staffing Collaborative supports nurse staffing needs as a system-wide resource. The Staffing Collaborative has created a new structure that allows for flexible and alternative nursing employment at VUMC.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
- Analyze comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Continually utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
- Premium Pay $70
- Medical benefits available through TempForce
- Assignment in the same hospital (might float between units)
- Work 13-week assignments based on your availability
- Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR)
- Registered Nurse Required
- Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience) and 2 years relevant experience
- ACLS and PALS (Required)
- Registered Nurse Required
- BLS Required
- NRP, & AWHONN (Required)
- Fetal Assessment (Required)
