**Job Summary:**

As a Residential Direct Support Supervisor at UMFS, you will play a critical role in supporting the well-being and success of vulnerable youth and families. This position offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, program management, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a team of support coaches to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams to enhance resident outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in a related field plus 2 years' related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years' related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and agency technology
