**Job Description: Care Coordinator**
We are seeking a skilled Support Coach to provide supervision, daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents in our residential treatment program. You will participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team and use Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques to help clients with challenging behaviors and build helping relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field and six months of experience working with youth with behavioral and emotional issues or Autism Spectrum Disorder required. Minimum of 2 years' related experience may substitute for degree.
