About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in one of our airport sales locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure excellent customer service
  • Know the store layout to assist customers in finding products and answer questions about the entire store
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, dusting, straightening merchandise, and trash removal
  • Assist in inventory management and replenishment of stock on the sales floor
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift 40-60 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
