Position Details:
Part-time opportunities available across all shifts.
Competitive Compensation:
Starting pay at $21/hour, with increases based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address any inquiries or issues regarding medication distribution to the Resident Care Director (RCD).
- Report any notable changes in residents' mental or physical health to the RCD.
- Maintain accurate records of self-administration in the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
- Document and inform the RCD about the administration of as-needed medications.
- Monitor and record the effects of as-needed medications.
- Recognize and assist in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a state Medication Technician License and demonstrate proficiency in medication administration as per state guidelines.
- Complete quarterly competency reviews supervised by an RN or RCD.
- CPR certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
- Completion of a state-approved training course in medication administration is necessary.
- Current certification as a nursing assistant or completion of a certified home health aide program is required.
- A high school diploma is preferred.
