Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Wavecrest Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions, including time sheets and other documents
  • Verify payroll information for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with HR on payroll-related matters
  • Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks
  • Update payroll data with salary or wage adjustments
  • Process financial compensations and deductions
  • Handle benefit expenses and produce reports as needed

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum two years of experience in payroll or accounting
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
