Medical Administrator, Government Intelligence Customer

This position supports a Government Intelligence Customer and requires a Top Secret SCI polygraph clearance.
As a Medical Administrator, you will provide health, safety, and related services that directly support the intelligence mission and improve the well-being of the customer's workforce domestically.
You will provide on-site office support and customer service duties in a medical office, including front desk/reception support, receiving patients, and initiating medical data intake form completion.
Scheduling patient visits, checking-in and checking-out patients, and managing personnel and patient calendars/schedules are also key responsibilities.
You will also be responsible for ordering lab tests, updating and filing electronic and paper medical records, and performing daily appointment record retrieval and replacement.
Other general office/clerical support as needed.
This position requires 2+ years of experience in administrative support and a current Top Secret/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
Excellent verbal and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with various clientele are essential.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Magellan Health offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $31,175 - $46,765.
This position may be eligible for short-term incentives.
