  • This is a full-time role with potential for overtime during peak seasons.
  • Work will be conducted locally, with dispatch from home.
  • On-call duty is required once a month.
  • Compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, plus benefits.

Position Summary:Are you an experienced HVAC Technician with a solid background in both residential and commercial systems? Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC/R systems, including forced air furnaces, boilers (both steam and hydronic), heat pumps, DX and chilled water A/C units, package rooftop systems, and VAV units.
  • Repair or replace various types of pumps and motors.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of overall building systems.
  • Professionally communicate issues and recommendations to clients.
  • Keep precise records and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining forced air furnaces, boilers (steam and hydronic), heat pumps, DX and chilled water A/C systems, package rooftop units, and VAV units.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for working on diverse HVAC systems, including fans, compressors, motor bearings, refrigeration circuits, and burner setups.
  • Ability to lift and transport 75 lbs.
  • Possession of basic hand tools is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems, chillers, refrigeration, and/or furnaces, pumps, and more.
  • Universal EPA certification is mandatory.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
