Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing all administrative functions related to HVAC Programs in collaboration with existing equipment manufacturers (including dealer registrations, cooperative management, sales initiatives, financing options, warranty registrations, product documentation, and dealer communications)
- Evaluating and managing pricing data for HVAC products, which includes organizing and maintaining comprehensive customer pricing sheets
- Scrutinizing HVAC equipment specification sheets to guarantee precision and adherence to standards
- Compiling detailed reports (monthly and quarterly) for Branded and Private Label Leaders
- Aiding in the organization and execution of HVAC dealer meetings and expos
- Partnering with product development, sales, pricing, and marketing teams to ensure coherence across all product offerings and initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Thrives in both independent and collaborative settings within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure project completion
