Key Responsibilities:
- Independently execute HVACR service tasks for our valued clients.
- Collaborate effectively with the Service Department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to fellow team members.
- Drive sales through proactive recommendations and lead generation.
- Assist the IAQ and Installation Departments as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of proven experience in HVACR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to interpret and apply manufacturers' instructions accurately.
- Dedication to continuous professional development in HVACR.
- Valid operator's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Flexibility to work under varying conditions and pressures.
