We are seeking an experienced Master Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion.Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
