Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team at Hoselton Auto Mall. As a New Vehicle Specialist, you will play a critical role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
  • Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, providing personalized solutions to their automotive requirements.
  • Demonstrate vehicles' features and operate them in the showroom or on the road, showcasing their capabilities and benefits.
  • Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discounts, ensuring transparency and fairness in transactions.
  • Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, addressing any concerns or hesitation they may have.

In this position, you will work closely with the sales team, finance department, and other departments to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for maintaining and utilizing CRM databases in a thorough and ethical manner.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our automotive inventory, features, and specifications, educating customers on vehicle options, financing, and aftermarket products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and preferences, recommending vehicles and additional products based on their budget, lifestyle, and usage.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers, closing sales transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field; we offer training if you don't have experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
