Position Overview:

  • Understand the various cleaning products and equipment used to ensure a high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
  • Enjoy working outdoors while coaching and inspiring team members.
  • Deliver memorable customer experiences that encourage positive word-of-mouth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies through regular training and meetings.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policy.
  • Train team members on all aspects of operations, including service delivery and safety protocols.
  • Oversee team productivity, scheduling, and break management.
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving financial targets.
  • Handle daily cash deposits and manage inventory effectively.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Utilize a membership approach when engaging with new customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Proven track record in developing team members and leaders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Experience in managing financial outcomes.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Preferred experience in a membership-based business model.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Minimum of two years in a leadership role with accountability for performance.
  • Experience in hiring and training team members.
  • Knowledge of cost management and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards in product and location presentation.
  • Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and operate cash register equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Work Environment:
This position requires working outdoors in a dynamic environment with exposure to noise from car wash machinery. The role involves physical activities, including lifting, bending, and reaching.

Job Type: Full-time
