Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager at one of our apartment communities in Cleveland, OH. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Community Manager in the daily operations of the property, maintaining stable occupancy and meeting budgeted financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or similar designation preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
