At GGB - Global, we're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding businesses and empowering their ambitions.

About the Role

As a Risk Management Specialist, you'll utilize your consultative approach to commercial insurance knowledge and sales skills to advise clients on their risk exposure and available coverage options. Your primary goal will be to provide expert guidance and solutions to help clients protect their livelihoods while promoting Gallagher relationships and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with provided resources to achieve goals by selling valued insurance products and services to clients
  • Build proven relationships with Producers, Vendors, to grow referrals and lead opportunities
  • Strong performance through generating organic new business growth to achieve individual performance goals
  • Using solid comprehension of insurance, present solutions to clients on products and services, so clients can achieve their goals
  • Cross-sell other products and referring prospects to appropriate coverages based on discovery
  • Respond to incoming sales calls and leads – no cold calling
  • Ability to work in a high volume lead environment while maintaining desk and system organization
  • Compile and organize all client information necessary to process new business
  • Support new business by following up on leads in a timely manner. Inside sales specialist is responsible with quoting, binding, and issuing policies
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • One or more years professional work experience
  • Active P&C license in good standing

As a Risk Management Specialist, you'll be highly motivated by an uncapped commission model and have a strong organizational skillset. You'll be able to learn and thrive within systems, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have excellent written and telephone etiquette, including customer service and sales skills, professionalism, and tact.
