About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Property Risk Control Consultant to join our Property Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and clients to identify and mitigate property risks associated with natural catastrophes, such as fire, earthquake, and flood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of property risks and insurance policy terms and conditions
  • Manage client, carrier, and insurance brokerage relationships
  • Conduct property risk control surveys and develop property underwriting reports for various occupancies
  • Review and analyze data to determine natural catastrophe exposure at client locations
  • Coordinate vendor RFPs and develop Maximum Foreseeable (MFL), Probable Maximum (PML), and Normal Loss (NLE) estimates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience and professional designations
  • 3-10 years of experience with a Highly Protected Risk insurance carrier or vendor
  • Technical proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and applying NFPA and/or FM Global standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
