Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in nursing
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
