Job Description

Position: Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Architect

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with onsite presence required three days a week.

Contract Duration: Initial term with potential for extension.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) with a focus on data layer engineering.
  • Experience with Radiant Logic, either in implementation or support roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Terraform and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Self-motivated individual with leadership capabilities, able to mentor and guide junior staff.

Role Overview:

The CIAM Architect is responsible for establishing standards and guidelines that shape the design of enterprise solutions and architecture. This role involves:

  • Innovating solutions to meet processing demands through the application of emerging technologies.
  • Utilizing extensive technical knowledge across various specialized domains to address complex design challenges.
  • Independently managing critical projects and supervising junior personnel.
  • Adopting a long-term perspective to resolve customer issues and enhance resource efficiency.
  • Prioritizing long-term customer relationships over immediate costs.
  • Creating high-performing, self-sustaining cross-functional teams that optimize time and resources.
  • Delivering expert advice to leadership and clients on technology-related decisions and industry trends.
