About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Navy Exchange. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with all requests, in person or via phone, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Process room reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries and providing information on services, facilities, and local attractions.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
  • 1 year of general office clerical experience, with a focus on customer service and communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
