Compensation: $11.35/Hour, Plus Tips Potential

Role Overview

The Culinary Delivery Specialist is tasked with efficiently transporting food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables with speed and precision, serving as the vital link between the Front of House and Back of House teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of the restaurant by ensuring timely delivery of dishes to patrons.
  • Deliver items to guests promptly when they are ready to enjoy their meals.
  • Support waitstaff in providing excellent service.
  • Maintain a steady flow of items from the kitchen to the dining area and to the dishwasher.
  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration with fellow staff members.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stay organized throughout shifts to manage busy periods effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with all restaurant personnel.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with coordination.
  • Proactively inform colleagues of necessary actions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain all required work permits.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Opentable is a plus.
  • Knowledge of proper lifting techniques.
  • Strong guest relations skills.
  • Understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Experience with safe alcohol service.
  • Knowledge of full-service restaurant operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
