  5. Clean and organize trays and stands to ensure readiness for service.
  6. Accurately read and manage order tickets, ensuring timely delivery of all items.
  7. Monitor cooking times and verify that all dishes meet presentation and quality standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery.
  9. Garnish dishes according to established guidelines and deliver them promptly to guests.
  10. Assist servers as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
  11. Transport takeout and delivery orders as required.
  12. Comply with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  13. Complete closing duties and assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
  14. Perform assigned side work to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
  15. Provide assistance to other front-of-house roles as necessary.

Personal Attributes:

Demonstrate a guest-first mindset, prioritizing the dining experience of each guest. Engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic. Understand proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must have the ability to communicate effectively.

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a restaurant setting, requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with varying noise levels and temperature conditions.
