Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Marriott. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.
  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors.
  • Support team members to reach common goals and develop positive working relationships.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
