  • Assist in the daily management of swim school operations, including class scheduling and staff coordination.
  • Support the development and maintenance of class schedules based on demand and instructor availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance the experience for students and their families.
  • Utilize scheduling software, such as Jack Rabbit, for effective class management and communication.
  • Provide assistance to staff, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, contributing to a secure environment for all participants.
  • Work alongside the management team to implement operational strategies aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Jack Rabbit or similar scheduling tools is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or management roles.
  • Background in swimming or fitness instruction/management is advantageous.
  • Experience in an administrative or operational support capacity, ideally within a swim school or related setting.
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, class development, and customer service principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
