Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Intrepid Solutions and Services, LLC. As an Acquisition Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the US Army client in enabling soldier safety in Alexandria, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute acquisition management across an entire product line, coordinating products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
  • Prepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentation, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Assist in determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.
  • Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Lead and provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products, maintaining and managing the program budget and master schedule.
  • Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs, making informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.
  • Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination.
  • Coordinate contracting actions with local procurement contracting officers, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Perform acquisition strategy requirements, staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and best practices.
Operating Hours and Expectations

This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday, with limited or minimal travel expected.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree; OR, Associate's degree + 4 years of work experience; OR, 6 years of work experience.
  • 7+ years of progressively complex experience in federal acquisition processes.
  • Experience with US Army acquisition processes preferred.
