Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented growth marketer to join our team on a part-time basis (10 hours per week). This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated growth marketer to have a high impact by managing the conversion optimization program for a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B and multivariate testing
  • Design, build, and run conversion rate optimization experiments
  • Analyze experiment results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate experiment findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in CRO and experimentation
Requirements:
  • Experience successfully optimizing conversion rates through experimentation
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Highly creative and innovative thinker
  • Resourceful self-starter who can manage multiple experiments simultaneously
Compensation:

$3,500-$4,000 / month
