About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life of our patients, and creating meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
- Previous dialysis experience is required
