We are seeking a skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our dynamic team at Reap Health Care. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $220-240K in year one, with potential for growth in year two.

This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified Nephrologist to work with a well-established group of 10 nephrologists, caring for 100 in-center hemodialysis patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of hospital, dialysis rounding, and out-patient nephrology, with no internal medicine requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The role offers a great work-life balance, with a weekend call schedule of 1 weekend per month and 4 weeks of paid vacation. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in CMS-sponsored chronic care models and clinical trials.

As a key member of our team, the Renal Care Specialist will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise, with medical directorship responsibilities probable as they become a partner in the practice.
