Job Description

Tatari is revolutionizing TV advertising by combining sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics. Our platform turns TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

We're looking for a Client Services Manager to join the Growth team. The Growth team manages and executes TV campaigns for SMB clients at Tatari. You will be responsible for a set number of clients within Tatari's ever-growing portfolio and work cross-departmental to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sales relationships for SMB and strategic client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Hands-on media planning, execution, and optimization within Tatari's buying platform across Linear & Streaming TV.
  • Leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution, preferably majoring in business, statistics, data analytics, and economics.
  • ~1-2 years of experience buying/trading within digital/programmatic buying platforms (DSP's, etc.).
  • ~1-3 years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions.
  • ~1-3 years in project management.
  • Experience working with performance-minded clients (Brands and/or Agencies), with a focus on optimizing for business outcomes such as CPA, CAC, & ROAS.
  • You're comfortable holding a conversation with an engineer or marketing manager.
