Position Overview:

The selected candidate will enhance the collaboration between Finance and Corporate sectors, providing strategic financial counsel to Corporate Functional Leaders and influencing key enterprise decisions. This role is pivotal in Finance, Accounting, and Planning operations, delivering reporting analytics and insights, and offering internal financial support to Corporate General & Administrative functions, under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Finance Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Business Units, Enabling Functions, and Strategy, to foster process enhancements, improve financial transparency, and address issues promptly.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses for Executive Leadership, performing detailed financial assessments to uncover trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare essential financial reports, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, to provide Executive Leadership with insights into Company SG&A expenditures.
  • Offer expert advice on navigating financial systems and processes.
  • Execute comprehensive financial analyses with a strategic lens on Corporate G&A Functions, converting data into actionable insights.
  • Manage daily Finance & Accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Create and sustain advanced financial models designed to evaluate project performance within the corporate structure.
  • Establish sophisticated performance monitoring, emphasizing key strategic indicators and financial metrics relevant to Corporate Functions.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficient in Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced MS Excel skills are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster personal and professional development.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across all organizational levels, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
