About the Role

Welcome Wagon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, door-pulling, and other creative approaches.
  • Sales Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with local business owners to understand their marketing needs and present tailored solutions that meet their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with local business owners and stay in contact with customers to recommend new products and services that align with their interests.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain accurate sales activity records, collaborate with team leaders, and communicate effectively with customers to drive sales success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to function well in fast-paced environments, and computer literacy.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
