As a Sales Advisor within our Florida Gulf Coast Division, you will engage directly with home buyers as they explore and acquire their ideal residence from our expertly designed floor plans. You will excel in this role if you:
  • Enjoy engaging with clients, presenting solutions, listening attentively, and successfully closing sales.
  • Exhibit a compelling communication style that fosters customer agreement.
  • Adapt to frequent changes, pressures, and shifting priorities to achieve your objectives.
  • Have a passion for connecting and forming meaningful relationships with new individuals regularly.
  • Are available to work weekends with consistent two weekdays off.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing strategy.
  • Guide customers through the sales journey from initial contact to contract by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Set appropriate expectations and manage the customer’s process and documentation from initial contract through closing, including all financial paperwork, design choices, and construction meetings.
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Financially qualify prospects and collaborate with lending institutions to finalize the sales process.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
