We're seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team at NPSG Global. As a key member of our travel team, you will be responsible for arranging business travel for employees, identifying cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements, and making necessary reservations for accommodations.

Position Description:

The Corporate Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international travel, researching and comparing available travel and hotel accommodations, and resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for developing travel arrangements and reservations, writing itineraries, and communicating with traveling employees and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best option for travel needs.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including fares and ticketing, and build and manage travel profiles.
  • Develop travel arrangements and reservations, write itineraries, and communicate with traveling employees and managers.
  • Maintain communication channels with traveling employees and correspond pre-travel documents.
  • Address employee needs and special requests during planning and promptly handle emergencies and issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the travel team to evaluate current state processes, identify gaps, and implement plans to ensure customer satisfaction and meet goals.
  • Obtain approval from the manager for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in native Sabre 360 and possess knowledge of CONFERMA, Sabre VPAY, and SAP Concur Travel.
  • Strong working knowledge of the travel industry, including extensive car rental and hotel booking experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to operate independently with limited supervision within a remote-based team in a fluid operating environment.
  • Able to work flexible schedule to meet business needs, which may include weeknights and weekends.
  • Active listening and excellent written and verbal skills, exercised with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to navigate change with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in an active, dynamic, and fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Degree or equivalent in education/experience, required.
  • Associate's or other Degree, preferred.
  • 10 years of travel coordinating experience.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Able to stand, walk, and bend for short periods of time in an office environment.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and perform computer-based work for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate over the phone and in-person.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • The noise level for this job is usually low.
