Job Title: Protestant Teacher

At Ladgov Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Protestant Teacher to join our team.

Job Summary

The Protestant Teacher will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all Protestant Religious Education events and elements, including teaching pre-approved curriculum for Sunday children's church services and PWC children's RE programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Serve as the primary coordinator, facilitator, and organizer of all Protestant RE events and elements.
  • Teaching and Curriculum: Teach pre-approved curriculum for Sunday children's church services and PWC children's RE programs when volunteer support is unavailable.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise all Protestant RE volunteers.
  • Facility Management: Coordinate HC facility setup, equipment, and resources for all RE programs and events.
  • Record Keeping: Develop and maintain electronic records of RE programs and events.
  • Reporting: Record attendance at all RE programs and events and report numbers on a weekly basis to the PCC.
  • Communication: Attend weekly chapel staff meetings to keep updated on chapel operations and calendar, and share feedback from Protestant RE volunteers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in religious education or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work with volunteers, and experience with curriculum development.
