Job Summary

Schill Landscaping and Lawn Care Services Inc is looking for a Winter Weather Response Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating a snowplow truck or salt truck in various weather conditions and responding to winter weather emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving in winter weather conditions and must be able to safely operate snow removal equipment. You will also be responsible for monitoring weather correspondence and attending meetings at the branch as requested.

This is a flexible schedule position that requires working on-call, as needed, during the snow season. Schedules may vary and require flexibility to work extended hours, including nighttime, weekends, and holidays.
