Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Collection Recovery Specialist to join the VANGARDE GROUP, L.L.C. team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial collections and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Mediate delinquent accounts via phone, email, and SMS text messages.
  • Work account steps to ensure all efforts are exhausted prior to closing with clients.
  • Initiate collection actions by notifying account holders and cosigners of delinquent status.
  • Create payment plans to resolve customer accounts.
  • Identify accounts requiring additional personal contact for skip efforts.
  • Track bad payments and settlements.
  • Review correspondence, media, and skip tools for ways to resolve accounts.
Requirements:
  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year salary range, based on location.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep account information confidential.
  • Ability to exercise integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to remain professional in tense situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
