About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining staff files and coordinating with insurance companies for employee coverage. They will also create and maintain platforms for employees and ensure that payroll is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information;
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure seamless employee coverage;
  • Design and implement digital platforms for employee engagement and communication;
  • Ensure timely completion of payroll and accuracy of benefits and garnishments;
  • Collaborate with the HR department to meet program and staff requirements.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be $47,840-$52,000 per year.
