Solairus Aviation is a leading provider of private aviation services, and we are seeking a motivated Flight Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Client Services department with various administrative projects and process management, working closely with our Human Resources team to complete and streamline tasks, and facilitating internal processes, including salary and bonus requests.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

This role requires the ability to setup and manage scheduled meeting events and conference calls, create Team Sheets for new accounts or accounts in transition, handle or assist with project requests, and work closely with our Human Resources team to complete and streamline tasks.

Required Skills
  • Highly detail-oriented; ability to meet deadlines and possess effective problem-solving skills
  • Must be flexible and can adapt to changes in a growing company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Aviation experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in Salesforce, Paycom, and SharePoint preferred but not required
  • Must have strong work ethics, be reliable, and have a professional and positive attitude
