About the Role

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Field Service Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Marion, OH.

Job Summary

This is a traveling position with up to 70-80% travel due to increased demand for installations and servicing of machinery. As a Field Service Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, attending customer and vendor meetings, as well as the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidates need to be able to commute to Marion, OH for shop work when not traveling

Requirements
  • High mechanical aptitude. Able to disassemble and reassemble components such as bearings, bushings, IR sleeves, etc.
  • Able to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and low voltage DC(24V) systems
  • Must demonstrate professionalism while working at customer sites
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
