Job Summary:

Asheboro Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a Weekend RN Program. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional healthcare to our residents while enjoying a rewarding and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their health, safety, and welfare are maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on best practices and new procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Current State License as an RN.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • LTC/SNF experience preferred.
