Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the client, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the client's unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with the client's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with the client's family and caregivers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Current valid RN or LPN license to practice in the state
- Experience working with pediatric clients, particularly those with complex medical needs
