Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to incoming and outgoing callers
  • Document all customer transactions in the host system
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in healthcare administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
