About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Support Supervisor to lead our contact center team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve service quality targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to agents
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of agent attendance and performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications
  • One year of related experience in a contact center environment; high school diploma required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $62,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
