Job Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Media Riders Inc. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in a call center or related field, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and practices. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.
  • Thoroughly document all customer transactions in the host system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare administrative experience or related.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Salary: $44,000 - $54,000 per year.

This is a full-time position with a shift schedule of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST and training from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET for the first four weeks. The estimated salary for this role is $49,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
