Position: Concierge / Security Officer at New Life Clinic

Role Overview:
At New Life Clinic, the safety and welfare of our patients and the surrounding community are our top priorities. In the capacity of Concierge, you will be instrumental in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Your duties will encompass engaging with patients, visitors, and local businesses while ensuring a prominent presence on-site. This position requires outstanding customer service abilities, professionalism, and the capability to manage emergency situations with composure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and uphold clinic regulations.
- Ensure a safe and professional atmosphere for patients, staff, and guests.
- Monitor for any unusual activities and report concerns promptly.
- Assist in emergency protocols and provide necessary support.
- Maintain required equipment and documentation.
- Respond to assistance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
- Support patient check-in processes and perform administrative tasks.
- Execute additional assigned responsibilities as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in security is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts.
- Successful completion of health and background checks.
