Position Title: Concierge / Security Guard at New Life Clinic

Role Overview:

The safety and welfare of our patients and the surrounding community are of utmost importance at New Life Clinic. As a Concierge, you will be instrumental in maintaining a secure environment. Your duties will involve engaging with patients, visitors, and local businesses, as well as ensuring a prominent presence on-site. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage crisis situations with composure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility and uphold clinic regulations.
  • Ensure a safe and professional atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Monitor for any unusual occurrences and communicate concerns as necessary.
  • Assist with emergency protocols and provide support when required.
  • Maintain necessary equipment and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to assistance requests.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Support patient check-ins and administrative tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in security is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts.
  • Successful completion of health and background checks.
