Role Overview:

As a Patient Care Concierge, you will be instrumental in maintaining a secure atmosphere. Your duties will encompass engaging with patients, visitors, and local businesses, while ensuring a prominent presence on-site. This position requires outstanding customer service abilities, professionalism, and the capacity to manage emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and uphold clinic regulations.
- Ensure a safe and professional setting for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Observe for any unusual activities and report concerns promptly.
- Assist in emergency protocols and provide necessary support.
- Maintain equipment and documentation as needed.
- Respond to assistance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
- Support patient check-in processes and perform administrative tasks.
- Execute other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in security is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to instructions.
- Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts.
- Successful completion of health and background checks.
