We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Unit Manager to lead our Inpatient Care Unit at Clinical Management Consultants. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of the unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, including critical care and post-surgical staff RNs
- Develop and implement clinical and administrative policies and procedures
- Collaborate with educators and inpatient leaders to develop and codify standards and practices
- Participate in hospital-wide committees for employee experience, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement
- Work with finance and operations leaders to improve operational efficiencies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and improving patient outcomes
- Strong clinical and administrative skills, with expertise in quality improvement and patient safety
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
